How It Works
Once your order is placed:
We will process and prepare your parcel for dispatch
Our team will contact you to confirm your preferred PUDO locker location
If no locker is specified, we will select the closest available locker to your provided address
You will receive an SMS notification with a PIN code once your parcel arrives
Visit the locker and enter your PIN to collect your parcel
